We've moved... ! We think that this place is a bit too small for us so we got ourselves a new home.

You know when you watch a movie or a tv show and you spot a somewhat familiar character and you'll gasp and go: "oh he's so me"  or "oh, she's so you"  or "oh my god, he's so that guy selling pizza around the corner", because other than the face that might be similar to whomever real-life person you're referring to, the characteristics and behavior will more likely be the same too.

And my Belle is..... Karen from Will & Grace. hahahah.

She is witty, sassy, classy, dresses-up nicely, kinky, can get away with great lines, penchant in revenge and liking martini. Not to mention that their faces are somewhat look alike... and the whole figure, too.

So, I was trying to call Belle and tell herthat I love her and wish her happy anniversary.... but she didn't pick up the phone :( My busy busy Belle.
But ah whatever! She gave me the most wonderful 9 months ever!

So... Beau and Belle are finally at the final pit stop of the Amazing Race Asia online. The final race was.... snakes and ladders online game, was pretty dissapointing. I thought it would be some other cool and looking-for-clues kinda game but nooo no no, it was snakes and ladders game instead.

We don't know yet who's going to be the winner - and get the $2000 - of the game. But.. uh.. Belle, my gut feeling says that we're going to win. So, pack up your things 'cos we're gooing to do some traveling hee hee hee. Don't forget to flash the trophies everywhere we go :)

So Beau and I had just finished the online version of the Amazing Race.  We're in the 515th position.  Not too shabby for me, because the last time I checked there were 545 teams at the pit stop.  So there ARE people who came later than us. 

By completing this first phase, we are eligible to participate in the second and final round on Saturday, where we would race for the grand prize of US $2000.  We were ecstatic!  *Well, we still are up to this minute*

Anyway,  we went to the online forum after we hit the pit stop and started posting our victory and congratulating other teams that arrived about the same time as we did.  I had to stop Beau from making cocky comments because, omg, he can be so freaking pompous sometimes.  (Example:  "Omigod Bebe look!  There's somebody still stuck at route marker 7!  I'm gonna reply: 'Which one is route marker 7?  I'm sorry I forgot, it's been a while'".  And I'd say:  "NO!! BEAU NO!! THAT IS MEAN!!!"  You get the picture?).  After several minutes of arguing on what to post and what NOT to post, we were bored.  And this is where the conversation started flowing again.

Beau:  "Belle, what would you do if you win the 2000 dollars?"
Me:  "You mean the 1000 dollars.  We're gonna split it, right?"
Beau:  "Oh yeah.  Yeah.  What are you gonna do with it?"
Me:  "Umm... I wanna take a vacation!  Oooh!! Let's go to Singapore and REALLY SPLURGE!"
Beau:  "That's a thought.  I'm going shopping first in ZARA"
Me:  "Oh I will too, but then I'm wearing the things I bought to the vacay!  Hey I know... let's go to Australia"
Beau:  "Good thinking!  Lemme check how much the ticket is"

I bursted into laughter.

Me:  "BEAU!  WE'RE NOT EVEN STARTING THE FINAL RACE YET!"
Beau:  "Well I'm gonna look anyway"
Me:  "It's only a thousand dollars.  What do you wanna do?  Arrive at Australia, hang around at the airport and go back home again?"
Beau:  "Hm.  You're right"
Me:  "Well let's stick with Singapore.  We can go through Batam, to save money!"
Beau:  "I DON'T WANT THAT!  THEN PEOPLE WON'T SEE THAT WE JUST WON A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY!"
Me:  "Oh you are so freaking sickening!" *insert unstoppable laughter here*
Beau:  "Hey do they give us trophies if we win?  If yes, then I'm gonna take the trophy to Singapore and take it EVERYWHERE WE GO"

I laughed so hard I felt my dinner came up to my throat.

Me:  "You know what's so funny?"
Beau:  "What?"
Me:  "I can actually see you wearing the trophy around your neck!"
Beau:  "Yeah!  And when people ask, I'd just say: 'What?  Oh, this old thing?'  They WILL know that I won the online Amazing Race!"
Me:  "STOP BEAU! STOP!  YOU'RE SICK!" *I almost fell off the chair, still laughing so hard.
Beau:  "WHAAAATT??  I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING!"

As a girl, I've always wanted a guy who knows how to make me laugh.  So I wished hard for it.  But you see, I learnt my lesson: over-wishing can cause tummy cramps.  Seriously.

But I love you no matter what, Beau!  Even if you dangle a huge trophy around your neck and act nonchalant about it.  I will be there, by your side, holding your hand and be the proudest girlfriend/teammate in the world.

Belle and I are stating a cold war against rice due to the ridiculously huge amount of carbs... carbs makes you fat. So we are doing this no rice diet together. Belle has been eating salads, fruits, peanuts, whole-weat bread and non-fat meat for her meals, while I... I'm more of a fruit guy, so I've been consuming mango and papaya every day, and also other non-fruit food like celery, salads, tofu and grilled chicken. I'm even doing the infamous Janet Jackson diet; eat every three hours, it's kinda hard to do but hey.... anything to make them heads turnin' hahahah. Yep, we've been eating right, and it feels sooo gooooddd. We are even turning our exercise schedule back on track; I'm going to go back to the gym more regularly while Belle is going back swimming.

So everything is good for about 2 weeks.

Until...

It was a hot Saturday afternoon and I was at Belle's watching old episodes of Friends when I said, "Belle, I'm kinda hungry, kinda very hungry".
Belle: "yea I'm kinda hungry too"
Beau: "Weren't we supposed to cook something healthy together today?"
Belle: "Yea, but both of us got up so late and you just got here at 3PM... and we're supposed to meet up with your friends in 3 hours, no time go to shopping and cook. Hey let's go to the kitchen and see if there's anything we can eat."
Beau: "uummmm... nothing, your maid hasn't came back yet, huh?"
Belle: "no she hasn't. Oh, let me make you squid fried rice."
Beau: "RICE?! Are you sure you don't have anything else? We are on this no-rice diet, aren't we?"
Belle: "Yea I know, but what else can we eat. It's ok... just this once. Besides I've never cooked anything for you"
Beau: "Alright, then."

So Belle is cooking her squid fried rice while I sit there trying to fix her mom's computer and thinking... squid fried RICE... ^$&^%^#@*&@

When the fried rice was ready it looks really appealing and it tastes really really good. Wow... my Belle CAN cook! and she just cooked for me... and it's good... my hatred to rice disappeared just like that, she claimed that she added some love in it heheh.

Belle: "You know Beau, this is about the simplest thing I can make. I can cook other stuff, too."

Can't wait, Belle! Can't wait to taste more of your "love meals".

p.s.: yes, we are still on that no rice diet and yes we are going to execise more.
